Patient Portal lets patients update their demographic, contact, and insurance information, view existing and schedule new appointments, and more, all online. Retain access for your physicians and other clinicians to predefined clinical datasets in the event of a planned or unplanned downtime event. During normal operation, predefined clinical datasets are periodically fetched from your HIS and written to a SQL Server. When an outage event is detected, Downtime EMR steps in to provide continued access to clinical data from a SQL Server database. During an outage, the start time and duration of downtime events are also tracked and any missing data is automatically recovered and written to SQL. The completely customizable Executive Portal integrates with Executive Information systems and data repositories across the Healthcare Enterprise and from a variety of sources, both within and outside your Enterprise HIS. It then presents the information in a customized "dashboard view" that highlights the critical trends.
