Valco"s Pharmacy Scanning Solution application allows the scanning-in of hand-written 
doctors’ orders from multiple locations. Patient information is automatically identified, and orders are automatically routed to the appropriate department according to your workflow rules.
Pharmacists or technicians fill orders from a work list that can be sorted by priority, location, time, etc. Order statuses are automatically updated when first selected and when completed, or manually changed to indicate problems.
Orders can be viewed, annotated, have notes attached and problems communicated to the floor. Order statuses can be monitored from originating locations. Orders can be tracked and problems isolated to create a manageable and streamlined ordering process.
