Print To Valco gives you the ability to index and release non-Meditech form documents (as well as Meditech documents that are not archived automatically by the regular MARS text archiver) for storage on Valco's Medical Archive and Retrieval System (MARS).

Print To Valco offers you extreme flexibility of operation, giving it the ability to support the different archiving requirements of a variety of organizations.

Print To Valco lets you run your processing operations in two modes:

• Single Document
• Batch Processing

In Single Document processing, archiving a document can be as simple as printing it and, if prompted, entering index key values. Single Document processing gives you the choice of either Automatic or Manual indexing mode.

In Automatic mode, operators are only prompted to supply indexing information if Print To Valco can't retrieve it.

Batch processing supports two job types, Operator and Scheduled.

• Scheduled job types are configured to run everything "behind the scenes" with no user intervention required.
• Operator job types give you the flexibility of running jobs on an "as needed" basis.
